CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

1. CONDITIONS AND CARRIERS

    We send our parcels via InPost parcel lockers, InPost courier service or other courier companies throughout the country

    We ship the purchased goods every day (Monday - Friday) after the payment is credited to our account

    If it is not possible to complete the order within this time for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you immediately to arrange the further course of the procedure or to refund the payment received.

    In the event of damage or damage to the packaging, it is obligatory to check whether the goods are undamaged and complete in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage to the goods or incompleteness, it is mandatory to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier

We also offer the fulfillment of orders with personal pickup at our stationary store in Galeria King Square, at ul. Powstańców Wielkopolskich 18, premises 2.15 / 2 Kraków. Orders can be picked up from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Generally, we do not ship frozen products (We only ship under agreed conditions with customers). We encourage you to collect it in person at the headquarters of our store in Krakow (see "contact")

In order to create a shipping order, it is very important to provide a telephone number and e-mail address as these data are necessary and required by the courier company.

2. DELIVERY COSTS

InPost parcel lockers:

Inpost parcel lockers - delivery to a selected point PLN 12.50 (size A) / PLN 13.5 (size B) / PLN 15.5 (size C)

InPost parcel lockers - cash on delivery PLN 16.50

InPost courier:

InPost courier - pre-paid shipment PLN 14.50 / PLN 16.5 / PLN 17 / PLN 19.5 (These are the appropriate costs for parcels up to 5 kg / 10 kg / 15 kg / 30 kg)

InPost courier - cash on delivery PLN 18.5

Personal pickup:

Pickup in person is free of charge. The expected time of order fulfillment with personal collection is 24-48 hours.

FREE delivery for orders over PLN 300 (however, it does not apply if the total weight of the ordered products exceeds 27 kg)
