Brown rice vinegar in a 500ml bottle. A product necessary for the preparation of rice for sushi. It should be mixed with salt and sugar to obtain the appropriate sweet and sour taste. Also used for other dishes in oriental cuisine. It was made from rice wine and brown from fermented sticky rice. Much better and milder than traditional vinegar. Perfect as a seasoning for dishes and an ingredient in marinades. Also used in sweet and sour dishes as an ingredient that gives sourness. 

 

Ingredients: Water, rice extract 6.8%, alcohol, glucose, yeast extract, acidity regulator: E260, E518, acid E330, antioxidant E340, sweetener: isomaltooligosaccharide.
