Dark Miso is made from cooked and fermented soybeans, just like the light ones - it differs in that it lasts longer it matures, which makes its taste more pronounced. The soup based on miso paste is considered one of the healthiest soups in the world, it contains valuable nutrients, such as sodium, various vitamins and health-promoting microorganisms (similar to those found in yogurts).
